Dealer Terms

These Dealer Terms govern the participation of dealers in Golf Cart IQ. By creating a dealer profile or listing inventory, a dealer agrees to these terms. Dealers are also bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Dealer Profile and Participation

Dealers may create a profile to display their business on Golf Cart IQ. Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including business name, contact details, location, and branding. A dealer may participate at the Free level or upgrade to a Pro subscription.

Inventory Listing Permission

Participating dealers authorize Golf Cart IQ to:

• Display their submitted or connected inventory on the Golf Cart IQ marketplace.
• Use inventory information to operate the marketplace, including search, filtering, and display.
• Use authorized inventory data in aggregated market comparisons.
• Use active asking-price information for Market IQ and valuation analysis where appropriate.

The dealer retains ownership of its inventory information while granting Golf Cart IQ permission to display and process that information to provide marketplace and market-intelligence services.

Dealer Accuracy and Responsibility

• Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their inventory listings, including price, specifications, photos, and descriptions.
• Dealers are responsible for removing sold inventory promptly.
• Dealers are responsible for maintaining the security of their dealer account and sub-user accounts.
• Dealers are responsible for responding to leads in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Feed Permission

Dealers may connect an inventory feed (JSON or CSV) to sync listings. By connecting a feed, the dealer authorizes Golf Cart IQ to fetch and process that feed to create and update listings on the dealer's behalf. The dealer is responsible for the accuracy and availability of the feed.

Lead Handling

Leads generated through the Golf Cart IQ marketplace (Browse Inventory, Dealer Profiles, Commercial & Fleet) are routed to the relevant participating dealer or dealers. Leads generated through a dealer's embedded Trade-In Widget belong exclusively to that originating dealer and are not resold to competing dealers. See Widget Terms for widget-specific lead rules.

Consumer Privacy

Dealers must handle consumer lead information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Dealers must not misuse consumer contact information, add consumers to marketing lists without consent, or share lead data with unauthorized third parties.

Commercial Leads

Dealers who opt in to commercial/fleet participation may receive Commercial & Fleet leads matched by location and capability. Customer information may be shared with participating dealers selected to respond to the inquiry. Leads are not sent to unlimited dealers; local dealer matching is preserved.

Dealer Performance Analytics

Pro dealers receive Dealer Performance analytics covering their own inventory exposure, shopper actions, traffic sources, and lead activity. These analytics reflect the dealer's own data and are not shared with competing dealers.

Market IQ and Lifecycle Data

Dealers receive Market IQ insights for their own inventory. Dealer-private lifecycle information — including acquisition cost, reconditioning cost, sold price, and gross profit — is private to that dealer and authorized Golf Cart IQ administration. This data is not exposed to competing dealers or the public. Aggregated, de-identified insights may be used to improve valuation accuracy and market intelligence.

Subscription Terms

• Free dealer participation — dealers may list inventory and receive marketplace leads at no cost, subject to platform policies.
• Pro subscription — unlocks Dealer Performance analytics, Market IQ, and additional tools. Pricing is published on the Dealer Pricing page.
• Trade-In Widget add-on — available to Pro dealers who wish to embed the valuation widget on their own website. Widget-originated leads belong to the originating dealer.

Cancellation

Dealers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Inventory and leads remain accessible until the end of the paid period. A dealer may request account deletion, subject to legitimate financial and legal record-keeping obligations.

Data Ownership

Dealers retain ownership of their inventory information, photos, descriptions, and lead data. Golf Cart IQ holds a license to display and process that information to provide marketplace and market-intelligence services, as described in these Terms. Dealer-private financial data remains private to the dealer.

Acceptable Use

Dealers must not submit false inventory, misrepresent vehicles, misuse consumer data, or attempt to access another dealer's private information. Violations may result in suspension or termination of dealer access.
